Meet the Education Foundation's Newest Trustee - Lisa Manganello

Lisa Manganello has been a librarian at South Brunswick High School for the past nineteen years, where she was recognized as Educator of the Year in 2015. An active member of the New Jersey Association of School Librarians, Lisa presents regularly on information literacy and she is passionate about sharing her love of reading and research with her students. Lisa’s work with media literacy has been featured in reports on NBC and CNN. She lives in Monmouth Junction with her husband, Matt and their two children, Andrew and Nicholas. Andrew graduated from SBHS in 2024 and is entering his junior year at Rowan University. This fall, Nicholas will be a senior at SBHS where he is on the golf team.
"As a parent and a staff member, I’ve seen the good work that the grants awarded to our teachers have done in our schools and I look forward to helping continue that mission."
